These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AIplay Email Agent (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before commercial launch.

1. The Service

AIplay Email Agent is an AI communication platform that helps businesses draft and send replies across connected email inboxes. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with the policies of any connected channel.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
• You must have permission to message the contacts you communicate with.

4. AI-generated content

AIplay Email Agent generates draft replies using AI. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent, except where you have explicitly enabled automatic sending. AI output may contain errors; you remain responsible for all communications.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIplay Email Agent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
